Blind tasting is a great way to refine and awaken your palate. Perhaps one of the best ways to teach yourself about wine is to taste in this guided fashion so you can experience things like "what is high acid?" what does that feel like on your palate, and more importantly - do you like that quality of wine?

We will taste through a few wines together and maybe even make a game out of it! If you signed up for the wine 101 class we taught in October, this will test your "old world vs new world" learning and further your wine knowledge.
