Kayla Silver

Owner

Kayla is the manager and owner of Salt & Bubbles, and yes she loves bubbles and salty snacks! When she isn’t hiding away at the barn with her horse Estella, or on a walk with her two dogs Morey and Ruby, you’ll likely find her at home making far too luxurious dinners with her husband Trenton, swirling and sipping on something delicious. Her love of wine makes her a complete nerd and she owns it! She is ready to nerd out with you or help take your first steps on your wine journey.

Taylor Hochstin

General Manager

Hey y’all! I’m Taylor Hochstin and I’m so excited to finally announce that I will be joining the Salt & Bubbles team as Kayla’s Assistant General Manager and sommelier! My obsession with food and hospitality began in the womb (thanks mom!) but definitely reached a new level during the four years I lived in New Orleans. When I moved to Vermont in 2019 I fell in love with wine as the Head of Marketing and Events at Shelburne Vineyard. Before long I was reading, learning, and tasting everything I could get my hands on. I recently completed my WSET II certification with distinction, and I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and grow in my new role. Looking forward to seeing you this summer and helping you discover your new favorite wines!
