Shelburne Vineyard has been making Vermont wine for over two decades, and their Iapetus Project has taken the winery to new levels of innovation, experimentation, and just all around great terroir driven wines.

We can’t wait to have these very serious goof balls behind the bar pouring their favorite cuvées, and potentially some new releases 😏
